The Officia Group is looking for copier companies that need the operational or structural capability to compete effectively in the rapidly changing office technology industry. Because we emphasize local empowerment, we seek companies with a good standing in the community. Currently, we are only acquiring businesses that are geographically located west of the Rocky Mountains.

Owners of copier dealerships interested in an exit strategy should contact us. We are especially interested in companies that possess solid line managers interested in growing the business. The Officia Group does not acquire multiple dealers per market area. We are not seeking additional acquisitions in the markets where we currently have operations.
